If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your product, whether the colour doesn't match or there is a fault, please contact us 0800-64-65-66 within 7 days of receiving your product and we will send you everything you need to return the mat to us. 

Returned goods must be in 'as delivered' condition.

We will replace it or refund your money.
